Refund Policy
Since the world is going crazy nowadays, please expect delays in processing and delivering your order.
Orders will always be shipped as soon as possible.
All products are designed and made manually, at a small scale and take their time. Although we usually have a stock, we might have to manufacture what you ordered specifically and shipping might be delayed, up to one week after your order is placed. If this is the case, we shall contact you and inform you about the situation as soon as we can.
All orders within the EU are free of import/customs duties and taxes.
For all other international orders, import/customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping costs. When you place your order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes charged by your country of destination. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these costs for you. If you wish to receive more detailed information, please check with your national customs office before purchasing.
It is your responsibility to fill the correct shipping address and arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. Orders rejected by recipient or returned-to-sender will be subject to re-delivery fees and brokerage fees. Refunds will not be granted.
*All items are shipped in protective packaging, and all duty of care is taken to ensure it gets to you intact and unmarked. We are not responsible of any damages, loss or delays during shipping. By the way we'll try to do our best to find the best solution for our customers.
If during the delivery time your package is damaged PLEASE DO NOT accept it and send it back. We will open a claim and refund in your name. If you accept it, unfortunately we cannot help you.
