Shipping Policy

Since the world is going crazy nowadays, please expect delays in processing and delivering your order.

Orders will always be shipped as soon as possible.

All products are designed and made manually, at a small scale and take their time. Although we usually have a stock, we might have to manufacture what you ordered specifically and shipping might be delayed, up to one week after your order is placed. If this is the case, we shall contact you and inform you about the situation as soon as we can.

All orders within the EU are free of import/customs duties and taxes.

For all other international orders, import/customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping costs. When you place your order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties or taxes charged by your country of destination. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these costs for you. If you wish to receive more detailed information, please check with your national customs office before purchasing.

It is your responsibility to fill the correct shipping address and arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. Orders rejected by recipient or returned-to-sender will be subject to re-delivery fees and brokerage fees. Refunds will not be granted.

Important information about order reception:

All our items are shipped with the packaging in perfect condition. If there are any external damages or anomalies in the packaging upon delivery, you must make a note on the delivery receipt or proof of delivery indicating "DAMAGED PACKAGING." This is essential for us to address any claims arising during transportation.

We would like to remind you that you have 48 hours from the receipt of the order to report any incidents (breakage, product error, missing parts, etc.).
