Description
RETURN TO SENDER is a series of six unique collages made from Brutto posters that, due to transport incidents or delivery issues, were returned or damaged. These materials accumulated in our studio, gaining a singular character through their imperfections. Rather than treating them as waste, we decided to give them a new life through collage.
Each piece is made from fragments of original posters, layered with acrylic paint, hand-cut elements, and archival adhesive. The damage remains visible. The imperfections are part of the work. What we created reflects on error, the circulation of objects, and their potential for reinvention.
These are pieces that never reached their destination. Now they're here unique and unrepeatable.

This mixed media collage is made with acrylic paint, hand-cut elements, and archival adhesive on Archival Giclée prints (200 gr fine art smooth paper).
Dimensions: 50x70 cm (collage) / 81x61 cm (framed).
This is a original piece. Locally framed in A Coruña with anodized aluminium frame and dual lateral hanging system.
Each piece is shipped with a signed Certificate of Authenticity by Brutto: Marco Oggian and Samuel Canay.

Each collage is dispatched meticulously packaged. The framed piece is protected with corner reinforcement, secured within ARTMOR inflatable protection, and enclosed in a protective box. This ensures safe transit and arrival in optimal condition.
